North Belfast Residents Warned Not To Touch Anything Suspicious
Police are warning residents in north Belfast not to touch anything suspicious following reports a device had been left in the area.
The PSNI launched a security alert in the Manor Close area on Tuesday, 07 February, at around 7.30pm.
Nothing was found during the searches and the alert ended just after midnight.
However, police are urging anyone who notices a suspicious object not to touch it and to contact them immediately.

Police Appeal After Arson Attack In Newtownards
Detectives have renewed an appeal for information following a deliberate arson attack at a vacant property in the Weaver's Grange area of Newtownards. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, 17 November, 2023. Police and firefighters were called to the scene at around 12:40am.

Security Alert Launched In Co Tyrone
The PSNI have launched a security alert in Dungannon, Co Tyrone. A suspicious object was discovered in the Fairmount Park area on Wednesday, 17 January. The road has been closed and a number of residents have been evacuated from their homes. No further information has been released.
