Invest NI Announces Trade Mission To Norway

Invest NI has announced a trade mission to Norway from 19 to 22 June 2017, inviting participants to take advantage of the business opportunities within the region.

The mission will focus on Oslo and is open to companies wishing to develop their exports to the region.

This visit will be multi-sectoral and open to companies wishing to develop their exports to this region.

Norway is part of the Nordic and Baltic region and is the fourth largest country in Europe. It is a sophisticated and established market, having a long and trusted trading relationship with the UK.

It has an educated and technologically advanced society looking for high quality products and services.

Opportunities exist in a range of sectors including:

• Infrastructure

• Security

• Quality consumer goods

• Energy

• Renewables and low carbon economy

Animated Children's Show To Be Sold To Over 100 Countries
First Minister Rt Hon Peter D Robinson MLA and deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness MLA have launched 'Driftwood Bay', a new £2.5 million animated children's show, created and produced by Belfast-based Sixteen South, which is expected to be sold to over 100 countries by the end of 2014.
