Investigation Launched After Arson Attack On Van In Co Antrim
Police have launched an investigation following an arson attack on a van in Ballyclare, Co Antrim.
The incident occurred in the Douglas Terrace area on Friday, 21 April.
It is believed a window was smashed and a petrol bomb was thrown inside the vehicle causing damage to the interior.
A man, described as being around 5ft 8inches tall and wearing a dark coloured hoody and jeans, was seen fleeing the area on foot in the direction of Doagh.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Post Office Van Driver Hijacked In West Belfast
A post office van driver has been hijacked and threatened with a knife in west Belfast. The vehicle was stolen in Ross Road on Tuesday which was later found abandoned in the Valleyside Close area. A security alert was launched and the part of the Springfield Road was closed on Wednesday, however it has since been re-opened.

Police have launched an investigation after a masked man fired a crossbow at a van in Carrickfergus, Co Antrim. The attack happened in the forecourt of a petrol station at Prince Andrew Way on Tuesday, 09 August. Two men who were in the van at the time escaped injury.

RIOTS FLARE AGAIN IN NORTH BELFAST
FOLLOWING a weekend of relative calm, fresh riots flared on the streets of north Belfast on Monday night. Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) officers were summoned to the Limestone Road around 11pm where up to 400 people were involved in disturbances in a nationalist and loyalist interface area.

Man Arrested Over Loyalist Paramilitary Activity
A man has been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into loyalist paramilitary activity. The 36-year-old suspect is being held over activity in the south east Antrim area, according to the PSNI. He has been detained in custody and is helping officers with their enquiries.
