Two Escape Injury After Petrol Bomb Attack In Larne
Two people have escaped injury after a petrol bomb was thrown at a house in Larne, Co Antrim.
The incident happened at a property in the Walnut Park area on Friday morning, 28 April.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "The device broke the window, ending up in the living room of the property. NIFRS personnel attended and extinguished a fire and made the device safe. Two occupants who were in the house at the time of the incident were not injured."
The PSNI believe the attack may be linked to an ongoing feud in the area.
Alliance MLA Stewart Dickson has warned someone will be killed if the ongoing feud continues.
He said: "If these attacks continue it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or killed. I would strongly encourage those involved to end the violence before more damage is done and lives are lost.
"The nature of these violent attacks puts everyone in the community at risk. Anyone with information in relation to these incidents should contact the PSNI immediately or speak to Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111."
