Tourist Attacked In West Belfast
Sinn Fein has condemned an alleged attack on a tourist in west Belfast.
The robbery and assault occurred in the Falls Road area on Thursday, 11 May.
Sinn Fein MLA Alex Maskey described the incident as "disgraceful".
He said: "I am sure the tourist was left shocked but I want to send him greetings from West Belfast.
"I am heartened that a number of local people intervened and recovered the stolen property as the attacker made off. Those who helped represent the real face of West Belfast.
"West Belfast is open and welcoming to all and indeed tourists visit the Falls area support the local economy every day of the week, 365 days a year.
"The PSNI have an image of the attacker and hopefully he can be apprehended soon and brought before the courts.
"I would appeal to anyone with information to bring it forward to the PSNI."

Joe Reilly Murder: Man Arrested
A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Joe Reilly. Mr Reilly, 43, was shot at his home in the Glenwood Court area of Poleglass, west Belfast, on 20 October. Police detained the suspect in the Newtownabbey area on Thursday, 08 December. He has been taken to Musgrave Police Station for questioning.

A number of searches have been carried out at premises in west Belfast on Monday, 12 June. The PSNI's Terrorism and Investigation unit carried out the searches in the Falls Road area. They were in connection with ongoing dissident republican activity in Belfast.

Heavy Snow Closes Over 80 Schools
Over 80 schools across Northern Ireland have been closed as the heavy snow continues to cause disruption on Tuesday morning. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning, as the snow is continuing to affect many roads. Areas which have been majorly disrupted include Lisburn, Castlereagh and Carryduff.
