Retailers Warned Over Money Changing Scams
The PSNI have issued a warning to retailers to be aware following recent money changing scams in Northern Ireland.
It is understood that the exchange often takes place when a number of people enter a business premises asking to change large notes into smaller ones.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "They then confuse the staff member by changing their request a couple of times and it is believed they then leave with more cash than they started with. We are investigating and would appeal to anyone with information to contact them on the 101 number. Alternatively, information can be given to the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111."

Man And Woman 'Critical' Following Crash In Newtownards

15 Cars Damaged In Belfast Holylands Disorder
Police are appealing for witnesses following a night of disorder which left 15 cars damaged in the Holylands area of Belfast last night. Wing mirrors were ripped off vehicles and windscreens were smashed in the vandalism that occurred between 5pm on Monday 21 January and 8am on Tuesday 22.
