Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in north Belfast.
A man is in a stable condition in hospital after being hit on the head with a hatchet in the Glenrosa Link area at around 1.15am on Sunday, 25 June.
The two suspects, both aged 26, have been detained at Musgrave Police Station.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A nail bomb attack, in which a device was thrown into the grounds of a police station in Co Tyrone has been condemned by local Ulster Unionist MLA, Derek Hussey. The coffee jar type device, which was made safe by army technical officers, was found in the grounds of Castlederg Police station on Sunday.

Police have launched an investigation after a masked man fired a crossbow at a van in Carrickfergus, Co Antrim. The attack happened in the forecourt of a petrol station at Prince Andrew Way on Tuesday, 09 August. Two men who were in the van at the time escaped injury.
