Lead2Grow Conference 2017
The theme of this year's Lead2Grow Conference will focus on how to embrace, harness and lead change in a sustainable way for a successful future.
Co-hosted by Causeway Enterprise Agency and Ulster University, the conference will take place at the Riverside Theatre, Ulster University, Coleraine, on Friday 29 September.
Announcing the conference, Causeway Enterprise Agency stated: "Everything changes and nothing stands still. The more effectively leaders can manage and lead through change – the more successful the business will be over the long-term. How good are you at handling change? How good are you at leading yourself and people through change?"
This year will feature Patrick Dixon, Europe's leading Futurist and one of the top 20 most influential thinkers today, as well as Ravi Dua (Global Change), Jill Robb (Origin Digital), Mark Carruthers (BBC), and a panel of distinguished local business leaders.
"In a time of extraordinary uncertainty and exceptional turbulence, challenges in the world of business are bringing new and serious levels of confusion and stress to leaders. Take a look at any company with a track record of success. You will find it is their ability to change with the times that allows them to reinvent themselves and be successful over the long-term," Causeway Enterprise Agency continued.
Speakers at the event include:
• Dr Patrick Dixon: Founder and Chairman of The Global Trends Company
• Ravi Nua: Co-Founder Global Innovators Ltd
• Jill Robb: Co-Owner of Origin Digital.
The conference will also feature a panel of distinguished NI entrepreneurs, including:
• Tre Sheppard: Lead Singer and Songwriter for Onehundredhours, award-winning music producer and CEO of Hope & Fury Records
• Andrew Lynas, Managing Director – Lynas Foodservice Limited
• Fiona Bradley, Founder and Director of Fiona Bradley Training & Consultancy Limited.
More speakers are to be announced in the coming weeks.
