NI Man Arrested After €2.4m Drugs Seized At Dublin Port
A 41-year-old man from Northern Ireland has been arrested after cannabis with an estimated street value of €2.4million was seized at Dublin Port.
The seizure followed an operation by gardai and revenue officers. The drugs, 376kg of cannabis resin and 9.7kg of herbal cannabis, were found in crates in a truck.
The suspect has been detained at a Garda Station. The PSNI are also co-operating with the investigation.

A man and a woman have been arrested in connection with the discovery of two cannabis factories in County Down. At around 9:25am on Sunday 29th January, police received a report of a disturbance in the Kilkinamurry Road area of Ballyward.

A man has been charged with drugs offences in Co Antrim. The 42-year-old man was charged after police seized £30,000 of suspected herbal cannabis in the Ballymoney area. He was arrested on the Frosses Road on Monday. He has been charged with possession of a class B controlled drug and possession of a class B controlled drug with intent to supply.

Police Seize £10,000 Herbal Cannabis In L'Derry
Police in L'Derry have seized around £10,000 of herbal cannabis. The discovery was made after the police stopped a vehicle during a routine drink driving operation in the Mullenan Road area just after 8pm on Thursday. A 45-year-old man was breathalysed and arrested on suspicion of drink driving. They searched his vehicle and recovered the cannabis.
