Man Assaulted In Belfast City Centre
Police have launched an investigation after a man was assaulted in Belfast.
The attack happened in the Howard Street area at around 10.30pm on Tuesday, 17 October.
The victim is currently being treated for his injuries in hospital.
Inspector Keith Hutchinson is appealing appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact Police at Lisburn Road on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 1569 17/10/17.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Two men have been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident in west Belfast. The attack happened in the Andersonstown Road area just before 1.30am on Wednesday, 01 June. The victim is being treated in hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Injured Man Found In Street After Assault
A man has been hospitalised for injuries he sustained in an attack in Larne. The victim was found in the Point Street area of the County Antrim town at around 10.35pm last night, Wednesday 22 May. He had been assaulted a short time earlier close to the underpass and suffered serious facial injuries.

Police are appealing for information after a man sustained a number of facial injuries after being attacked in west Belfast. The assault happened in an alleyway in the Andersonstown Road area at around 10.30pm on Saturday, 28 October. It is believed up three men attacked the victim.
