Man Assaulted In Ballycastle
A man has sustained a serious head injury after being assaulted in Ballycastle.
The 28-year-old was attacked on Castle Street at around 2.30am on Sunday, 29 October.
A 32-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of grevous bodily harm.
The victim is currently being treated in hospital.
Elsewhere, a man has been injured after being attacked in Lurgan.
The 33-year-old was assaulted outside a bar on William Street in the early hours of Sunday.
He was taken to hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
A 25-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of offences including grievous bodily harm with intent.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A teenager has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 24-year-old man in L'Derry. Gerard Quinn was attacked in the Milldale Crescent area at around 10.25pm on Saturday, 21 May. He was taken to hospital by ambulance where he later died.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Two People Assaulted In Belfast
Two people have been assaulted in north Belfast. It is understood a man, aged 21, has been arrested in connection with the attacks. At around 3am on Sunday (1 March), an 18-year-old woman and 46-year-old man were attacked in the Castleton Avenue area.

A 33-year-old man has been extradited from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland to face serious charges. The man is accused of assault causing harm, coercive control, contravention of a safety order, theft, and possession of a weapon. The alleged offences occurred in the Monaghan area between 2020 and 2021.
