Woman Dies Following Crash In Co Down
A woman has died from her injuries following a two-car collision in Co Down.
The crash happened on the Scarva Road in Banbridge on Saturday, 12 November.
The victim, aged in her 70s and from Co Wicklow, was a passenger in one of the vehicles.
She died in hospital on Monday, 13 November, as a result of her injuries.
A woman, aged in her 80s, remains in a serious condition in hospital.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Work Underway For Free Hospital Parking In Northern Ireland
Work has begun at several hospital sites across Northern Ireland as part of the preparations for the introduction of free car parking in May 2026. Health and Social Care Trusts have been actively preparing for the implementation of a new traffic management system since the Hospital Parking Charges Act was passed in 2022.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

Two die in road accident in Lisburn
Two people have died following a road traffic accident in Co Antrim at the weekend. The victims, a man and woman, were in a car with two children and another woman when the accident occurred on the Rock Road in Lisburn on Sunday.
