Fresh Appeal For Information On Belfast Man Missing Since Boxing Day

Police in Belfast have issued a fresh appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of William Morrison, who has been missing since Boxing Day.

Mr Morrison, who is aged in his 60s, was last seen in the Skegoneil Avenue area on Tuesday, 26 December.

He is described as being 5'5 tall with a slim build and pale complexion. He has short grey hair which is cut in a crew cut style. He is unshaven with black and grey heavy stubble.

He is known to frequent Belfast City centre in the area of Pottingers Entry.

According to reports, extensive searches have been carried out across north Belfast by the Community Rescue Service but as yet no trace of Mr Morrison has been found.

Police said that they are "appealing to William, or indeed to anyone who knows William's whereabouts to contact us at Tennent Street quoting reference number 1213 of 30/12/2017."

The PSNI have issued an urgent appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of William Blair, and have said that they are "increasingly concerned" for his welfare. The 87-year-old was last seen on the Donegal Road in Belfast, close to the City Hospital at about 5pm on Tuesday, 21 August.

PSNI Appeal For Help Tracing Missing Belfast Man
The PSNI have issued an appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of 31-year-old Conor Bradley. Conor was last seen on Saturday, 29 January. He is described as 6'6", of slim build with ginger hair. He is believed to be in the Belfast area, according to police. Anyone with any information about Conor or his whereabouts is urged to contact police.

Appeal Issued For Missing Man William Goodman
Ards and North Down Police have issued an appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of 48-year-old William Goodman. William was last seen on the Northfield Road area of Donaghadee at around 12pm on Wednesday 8th September. He is described as being 5'10" in height, of slim build and with dark hair.

Schools No Longer Expected To Carry Out Contract Tracing
Northern Ireland's schools will no longer be expected to carry out contract tracing, following an agreement between the departments of Education and Health. Contact tracing will now be taken forward by the Public Health Agency's (PHA) Contact Tracing Service, which brings Northern Ireland into line with that of England, Scotland and Wales.
