Delivery Driver's Car Set On Fire In Co Down
Police have launched an investigation after a delivery driver's car was set on fire while he was sitting in the vehicle in Co Down.
The man, aged in his 40s, was delivering food to a house in Fairfield Place in Newtownards when the attack happened at around 10.45pm on Tuesday, 06 February.
Two men approached his car and used a flammable liquid to set it alight.
The victim was not injured, however his car was badly damaged.
Police are treating the attack as attempted murder and are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Colin Horner Murder: Man Arrested
A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Colin Horner. Mr Horner, 35, was fatally shot in front of his young son in a supermarket car park on Sunday, 28 May. The man was arrested in the Newtownards area on Friday, 16 June. He has been taken to Musgrave Police station for questioning.

Armed Robber Dresses As Police Officer
Police are searching for two men in connection with the attempted armed robbery of a shop in Co Armagh. Police said that one of the men who attempted to rob the shop on West Street, Portadown, was dressed as a policeman. It is understood two men entered the shop at about 10am on Thursday, one of them was carrying a suspected firearm.
