Digital Workshops Announced For NI Tourism Providers
Tourism Northern Ireland have announced a series of half-day beginner digital workshops, designed for NI tourism providers. These workshops aim to help you develop the basic skills you need to confidently promote your business online.
The workshops are open to any NI tourism providers with a basic level of IT literacy who wish to improve their digital skills and actively promote their business online and are pitched at a beginner level.
At these half day workshops, attendees will learn how to:
• use Social Media effectively
• get involved with Tourism NI's Digital Marketing Opportunities
• make best use of your free listing on www.discovernorthernireland.com
There are a choice of four half-day sessions:
• session one – 09:00, 8 March 2018
• session two – 13:00, 8 March 2018
• session three – 09:00, 9 March 2018
• session four – 13:00, 9 March 2018
The sessions will take place at Galgorm Resort and Spa.

Belfast Secures International Conference
Some 120 international buyers will meet in Belfast next Spring for a prestigious conference that's set to boost the local tourism economy. HelmsBriscoe will hold its European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) Regional Meeting in the city next March, a conference that last year secured a total of 1.27 billion dollars in meetings revenue worldwide.
