Man Seriously Injured After Being Attacked In Belfast
A man has sustained life threatening injuries after being attacked in Belfast.
Police received reports of an altercation in the Great Victoria Street area at around 6.20pm on Tuesday, 06 March.
The man, aged in his 20s, had been stabbed during the assault and he is currently being treated in hospital.
Three men, aged 19, 24 and 37, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
They are currently being questioned by the police.
The PSNI are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a report of an assault at licenced premises at the Rathfriland Road area of Dromara. Detective Inspector Bell said: "Shortly before 10:10pm on Friday 15th December, it was reported that an altercation occurred at a bar in the area following three men refused entry to the premises.

Man Dies In Portadown Road Crash
An 18-year-old man has died following a collision in Portadown. The crash happened on the Dungannon Road between midnight and 12.30am on Wednesday, 08 November. The road has been re-opened. Elsewhere, a man, aged in his 30's, has died in a road collision in Co Antrim.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A man aged in his 50s has died in a house fire in Magherafelt, Co L'Derry An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire at a house on Highfield Road, however police said that they don't believe the fire was suspicious. The man's identity has not yet been released.

Pair charged over drug seizure
Two men have been charged with drugs offences after drugs worth an estimated £300,000 were seized by police. The drugs were found in a car stopped on the M2 on Saturday. One man, aged 56, and another, aged 24, have been charged with posession of a class A drug and posession of a class A drug with intent to supply.
