Woman Detained Over Larne Stabbing Incident
A 56-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident in Larne.
A 53-year-old man sustained a number of wounds during an incident at a house on Coastguard Road at around 11pm on Tuesday, 03 April.
The victim was given first aid at the scene by police officers before being transferred to hospital, where his condition this morning is described as serious but stable.
The woman was detained at the scene and remains in police custody assisting with enquiries. Detectives are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch. They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was in the Coastguard Road area at around 11pm on the night of the incident.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.
