Girl Injured As 'Reckless Driver' Ploughs Into Two Tents In Co Down
Police are appealing for information after a schoolgirl was left injured after a "reckless driver" drove over two tents in Co Down.
The incident happened in the Head Road area of Annalong at around 12.30am on Saturday, 14 April.
The pupil was on a school camping trip.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "A young female was on a camping trip with her school when a reckless driver drove over two tents before leaving the scene.
"The young female was left injured and shaken.
"The tents were located at the weir on the water works track.
"Any information could be of value.
"Please call police on 101 quoting ref 503 of 15/04/18."

Pedestrian Injured In Belfast Hit-and-Run
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a hit-and-run incident in the Botanic Avenue area of Belfast in the early hours of Thursday morning. Officers were called to the scene shortly before 1.30am after a male pedestrian was struck by a maroon Mazda. Despite being injured, the pedestrian left the area before police arrived.

Masked Men Drive Van Into L'Derry House
A vehicle has been driven several times into a house in L'Derry before being set on fire in what police have said was a "completely reckless attack". Extensive damage was caused to the house in the Glendale Road area of the city following the incident on Tuesday evening, 03 September.

Beach Body Confirmed As Missing Belfast Man
A body found on a beach at Magilligan Point on Tuesday has been confirmed as that of missing 54-year-old John McIlwaine. A group of primary school children on a field trip discovered Mr McIlwaine's remains. He had been missing since 23 April.
