Next Generation Services Announced By KTN
The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN), on behalf of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), has announced a series of competition briefing events across the UK for the £20 million Next Generation Services challenge.
An event will take place in Northern Ireland on 26 June 2018 at the Europa Hotel in Belfast.
The Next Generation Services challenge is the latest in the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund. It aims to create opportunities for businesses and academia working in the sectors of accountancy, insurance and legal services, as well as those providing innovative digital solutions in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analytics.
The briefing event will include an opportunity to:
• hear about the objectives and scope of the creative research and development programme
• learn how to get involved in the programme
• network and develop ideas and partnerships for the competitions
• meet with UKRI, KTN and wider stakeholders
The event is free to attend with online registration on a first-come-first -served basis. The organisers are looking to have representatives from as wide a number of organisations as possible.
