Future Of Manufacturing Event Announced
Invest NI, Innovate UK and the Knowledge Transfer Network have announced a free event to outline what the future of manufacturing may look like and what funding may be available for your business.
The business of manufacturing, a key sector in the Northern Ireland economy, is changing rapidly, according to the organisers.
The programme of the event includes:
• innovation funding guidance from Invest NI and Innovate UK
• industry case study
• opportunity to pitch your expertise or seek collaborative partners
• opportunity for pre-booked 1to1 workshop sessions with an expert advisor
• access to solution providers for practical advice
• masterclass on writing applications for R&D funding across all sectors
• opportunities to network with potential partners or new suppliers
At the event, participants will learn about the opportunities available to fund your new and innovative product, process or service ideas. The organisers will highlight a range of solutions for companies of all sizes and levels of maturity, and tell you how they can support you to:
• work with solution providers
• undertake your own research and development project
• collaborate to deliver powerful innovative solutions
The morning session is open to all businesses and organisations operating in the manufacturing, material and engineering sector. The afternoon session is open to businesses and organisations across all sectors. Appointments for the 1to1 sessions can be pre-booked and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The event will take place on Tuesday 26 June 2018 at the Titanic Belfast and registration is open now.
