Winds Of Up To 70mph Expected In NI
A yellow weather warning for high winds has been put in place across NI.
The warning is in place until 3pm on Thursday, 14 June, and as Storm Hector hits NI winds of up to 60-70mph are expected in some areas.
Rathgael Road in Bangor remains closed due to a fallen tree and repairs are currently being carried out.
The Tullycullon Road in Dungannon is closed due to a fallen tree between Donaghamore and A29 Cookstown Road.
The Moyallan Rd in Gilford is also closed and the Silverwood Road in Lurgan is partially blocked. Motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
The Foyle Bridge in L'Derry was closed due to the weather, however it has since been re-opened.
Drivers are being urged to take care.

Storm Eleanor Leaves Thousands Without Power
Thousands of people across Northern Ireland are without power this morning following damage caused overnight by Storm Eleanor. It is understood that power has already been restored to more than 20,000 homes and work is ongoing to reconnect all homes and businesses affected.

L'Derry Security Alert As Firearm Found
The Whitehouse Road in L'Derry has been closed due to a security alert after a firearm was discovered in the area. Police closed the route at around 7.45am this morning, Tuesday 15 January, and diversions are in place. Officers are currently examining the weapon.
