Six Arrested After Thousands Stolen From ATM In Fermanagh

Six people have been arrested after thousands of pounds were stolen from an ATM machine in Co Fermanagh.

The theft happened in Trory between 1.30am and 5.30am on Thursday, 02 August.

Police believe the suspects cut the street lighting and alarm wires before forcing entry into a shop.

They are believed to have stayed at the scene for a number of hours.

Five men and a woman are being detained in police custody.

The PSNI are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Appeal After ATM Stolen In Co Fermanagh
Detectives are investigating after thieves used a digger to rip an ATM from a shop in County Fermanagh. A filling station on the Dromore Road, Irvinestown was targeted at around 4.05am on Sunday morning, 24 March. Police believe the digger, which was set alight after the theft, was stolen from a nearby building site.

Arrests After Attempted ATM Theft In Belfast
Four people have been arrested following an attempted ATM theft from a service station in east Belfast this morning, Friday 17 May. Officers cordoned off an area at a shop on the Gilnahirk Road as enquiries continue. The men, aged 30, 33, 37 and 41 are currently in custody assisting police with the investigation.

Attempted ATM Theft In Co Fermanagh
Police have issued an appeal for information following the attempted theft of an ATM overnight in Co Fermanagh. At around 12:45am a number of masked men attempted to steal an ATM from a premises on the Enniskillen Road in Irvinestown. It is understood that the robbers forced entry into the rear of the premises.
