One Day Yoga Retreat In Aid Of Irish Cancer Society

Shambala Holistic Centre have announced a One Day Yoga Retreat in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.

Participants are invited to spend a day in a tranquil setting along the beautiful shores of Upper Lough Erne, immersed in your own yoga practice. Take time to calm & quiet the mind as you deeply relax throughout the day.

Available classes include:

• Yin Yoga

• Ashtanga Yoga

• Root to Rise

• Hatha Yoga

• Kundalini Yoga

• Gentle Yoga

• Restorative Reiki Yoga

• Sound Bath

Packages available:

Option A - Your choice of any four Yoga Classes followed by Restorative Reiki Yoga & Sound Bath - Total £70/€75

Option B - Your choice of any two Yoga Classes followed by Restorative Reiki Yoga & Sound Bath - Total £50/€55

Other Therapies can be provided during the day, pre-booking essential: Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Back Massage, Acupuncture - Cost - £20/€22 for 30 minute session
