Three Men Arrested In Antrim Assault Probe

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent following an incident in County Antrim.

A 21-year-old man was allegedly assaulted in the communal area of a property in Barra Street on Saturday 06 October.

PSNI detectives arrested two men aged 20 and one aged 22 following the incident.

The three men are also suspected of robbery and being concerned in the supply of a class B controlled drug.

Police later carried out searches in the Springfarm area of Antrim when a number of items were seized, including a stunt gun and suspected drugs.

Officers are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Four Released After Woman Injured In Co Tyrone
Four people have been released on bail pending further enquiries after a woman was injured in a house in Co Tyrone. Three men, aged 24, 25 and 34, and a woman, aged 29, were arrested following an incident in the Mourne Crescent area on Monday, 14 November. The injured woman is being treated in hospital.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Three Arrested In Connection With Ballymena Murder
Police are treating the death of a 69-year-old man from Ballymena as murder. The victim was discovered in the Drumtara area on Tuesday afternoon. Two men, aged 41 and 49, and a woman, 47, have been arrested and are in police custody. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Man Dies Following Collision In Ballymoney
A 21-year-old man has died after he sustained serious injuries in a car crash in County Antrim almost three weeks ago. John Reid, from Ballymena, was one of two men injured in the single car collision on the Kilraughts Road on 30 August. Mr Reid died in hospital on Thursday. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.
