Teenager Arrested After Murder In County Down
Police are treating the death of a man following an assault in County Down over the weekend as murder.
The 32-year-old was attacked in Portaferry, shortly after midnight on Sunday.
It is believed the victim was from Killyleagh.
A 19-year-old has been arrested and taken to Musgrave police station in Belfast for questioning on suspicion of murder.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Mother of IRA murder victim dies
The mother of an IRA murder victim whose body was never found, suffered a major stroke last week and died in Craigavon Area Hospital. 82-year-old Vera McVeigh campaigned for the return of her son's body after the IRA secretly buried his body in 1975.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a violent hijacking in Belfast. At about 8pm on Sunday 6th November a man was dragged from his car and struck on the head before his silver Volkswagen Passat was stolen on Rodney Parade.
