Connect At Catalyst To Host 'Prepare For Exit' Event
Connect at Catalyst has announced an event for start-ups and emerging CEOs on "how, when and why" they can effectively prepare for Brexit.
During the workshop, Connect member company Carson McDowell will provide insights on preparing for exit from the EU.
Emma O'Donnell, a solicitor in the Corporate team at Carson McDowel, will focus on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from exit planning to deal execution.
Emma will be joined by Gavin Early, Director, Deal Advisory at KPMG, Denis Murphy, CEO of Anaekoand Oliver Lennon, CEO of Syndeo.cx and previously founder at Speechstom. The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, offering the opportunity to engage in further discussion on this critical subject for start-ups.
The event will also host a lunch and networking session with other local innovative companies.
Tickets are complimentary but must be booked in advance.
