Appeal After Robbery Of Coleraine Filling Station

Police have issued an appeal for information after an armed robbery of a filling station in Coleraine.

One man was arrested after the incident in the Glenvara Drive area of the Bushmills Road at around 7.45pm on Wednesday 30 January.

It is believed the culprit made off with a sum of cash.

Police have urged anyone with information regarding the crime to contact detectives at Coleraine CID by calling 101, quoting reference number 1273 of 30/01/19.

Police Appeal Following Burglary In Ahoghill
Detectives are appealing for information following a report of a burglary in Ahoghill on Tuesday, 12th November. Police received a report that the back door of a house on the Ballymena Road was forced open shortly before 6pm.

Portrush Revamp Takes Next Step
The next step in the Portrush regeneration is set to get moving with contractors appointed and funding allocated. FP McCann have been appointed to carry out the development of the area in the town known as Station Square. The Department of Social Development is providing funding of £1 million to Coleraine Borough Council for the regeneration.

£8m PSNI police station opens in Coleraine
An £8 million state-of-the-art police station was opened in Coleraine today. The Coleraine District Command Unit (DCU) Headquarters is the first purpose built DCU headquarters in Northern Ireland and is also the first to be constructed in line with the requirements detailed in the Patten Report.
