£150K Road Improvement Scheme For Lisburn Announced
A resurfacing and reconstruction scheme worth £150,000 is to commence on the Gravelhill Road, Lisburn on Monday 25 February.
The work between the A3 Moira Road and the Kesh Road will greatly improve the strength and surface quality of the carriageway, according to the Department for Infrastructure.
The route will be closed from 8am to 6pm on weekdays to facilitate the works, with diversions clearly signposted.
The Department has programmed the operation and traffic management arrangements to minimise inconvenience, however, some disruption can be expected for the duration of the scheme and road users should allow additional time when planning any journeys.
