DUP Accused Of 'Actively Opposing' NI Interests
The DUP have been accused of "actively opposing the best interests of people", by Sinn Féin Deputy Leader, Michelle O'Neill.
The Sinn Féin Vice President was commenting as DUP Leader Arlene Foster travelled to Brussels to accuse the EU of ignoring the views of unionists here.
Ms O'Neill said: "I'm sure the irony of Arlene Foster's comments won't be lost on those unionists who voted on a cross-community majority basis against Brexit in the first place.
"Those people have seen their wishes ignored by the DUP ever since as they continue to pursue a reckless Brexit agenda alongside their allies on the hard right of the Tory Party, as evidenced by Arlene Foster being accompanied today by Tory MPs Iain Duncan Smith and Owen Patterson.
"The DUP also continue to ignore the constant warnings from our business community, our agricultural sector, universities, trade unionists and many others who have all advocated the Backstop as the best way of protecting our interests from the worst impacts of Brexit.
"The DUP arrogantly dismiss the concerns of those at the coal face of the industries that will be most affected by their actions. Instead they prioritise their relationship with the Tory Party – the same party that has been responsible for over a decade of savage austerity cuts to our public services.
"The DUP should drop the pretence of defending anyone's interests but their own because it is abundantly clear that they are now actively working against the best interests of the people and industries they claim to represent."

Arlene Foster Nominated To Be New DUP Leader
Arlene Foster has been nominated to be the new DUP leader after Peter Robinson announced in November he is to step down. DUP deputy leader Nigel Dodds has also confirmed he will not put his name forward for the position as he is not a member of the Stormont Assembly.

Former US President To Meet Party Leaders In NI
Former US President Bill Clinton is on Northern Ireland is believed to be meeting with DUP leader Arlene Foster. He is expected to make an announcement about a new educational initiative in Co Fermanagh. Mr Clinton was due to arrive in NI on Monday, 16 October, however it was postponed due to Storm Ophelia.

NI Executive Talks End Without Decision
The NI Executive has failed again to reach an agreement for a next move when the current 'circuit breaker' lockdown ends on Thursday 12 November. A decision was expected on Monday, however talks ended without agreement. Further discussions were held on Tuesday, but it is understood they also ended without the executive deciding what to do next.

A man has died after an incident at a farm in Co Fermanagh. Emergency services attended the scene in the Moughley Road area of Lisnaskea on Monday, 11 June. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has been informed.

Man Arrested Following House Fire In Co Fermanagh
A man been arrested on suspicion of murder after the deaths of at least three people in a house fire in Co Fermanagh. The blaze happened at a property in the Molly Road area of Derrlin on Tuesday morning, 27 February. The 27-year-old male was detained at the scene and attended hospital to be treated before he was arrested.
