NI Teams Europa League Opponents Revealed

Danske Bank Premiership teams Ballymena United and Cliftonville have discovered the opponents they will face in the preliminary round of qualifying for the Europa League.

Play-off winners Cliftonville come up against Welsh Premier League outfit Barry Town United, while Ballymena prepare for a trip to the Faroe Islands to play NSI Nunavik.

The first leg ties will take place on 27 June, with the return match scheduled for 04 July.

The winners will progress to the first qualifying round for the Europa League.

Crusaders will also join the draw in the next round.

Morris fitness boost for Glens
Glentoran goalkeeper Elliott Morris past a late fitness test this afternoon enabling him to face Finnish opponents HJK Helsinki in tonight's return leg Champions League qualifying fixture. Morris was struggling with a throat infection and was set to be replaced by former Northern Ireland international, Paul Kee if declared unfit.

Tributes Paid After Linfield Supporter Dies At Windsor Park
Linfield Football Club has paid tribute to a supporter who collapsed and died during a football match at Windsor Stadium in Belfast. Emergency services rushed to help the man however they were unable to save him.
