Teenager Killed In Omagh Crash
A 17-year-old boy has died in a car crash in Omagh, County Tyrone.
The two vehicle collision happened on the Clanabogan Road just outside the town centre on Sunday evening, 21 July.
The teenager was a passenger in a black Audi when it was involved in a head-on collision with a white Mercedes.
Three others, a man and two women, were taken to hospital along with the driver of the Mercedes. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Sinn Fein MP Órfhlaith Begley has expressed her condolences following the young person's death.
The west Tyrone MP said: "News that a seventeen-year-old had died in a collision on the Clanabogan Road in Omagh had shocked the local community.
"Hopefully the other people injured in this incident can make a full recovery as soon as possible.
"My thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friends of the young man who died at this sad time."
The road remained closed this morning.

Victim Of Fatal Road Collision In Co Antrim Named
The victim of a fatal road crash in Crumlin, Co Antrim, has been named as Emmanuel Caddell, police have confirmed. Mr Caddell, 22, died following the two-vehicle collision involving a car and a lorry on Monday, 10 April. The incident happened on the Manse Road at around 10.50am. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

A man who died in a road collision in Co Antrim has been named as Kamil Gervenka. The crash occurred on the Portglenone Road in Randalstown at around 12.15am on Sunday, 23 October. It is believed he was originally from Slovakia and worked in the area. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
