SMEs To Benefit From Customer-Focused Workshops
Small businesses with aspirations of growth, enhanced profits and improved customer experiences are encouraged to attend an upcoming Department of Finance workshop.
The Innovation Lab two-day workshop is designed to give small to medium enterprises the opportunity to test new ideas and tools to create and deliver great customer experience in a fast changing marketplace.
Taking place on Monday 04 and Tuesday 05 November during Belfast Design Week, the free workshops will look at how better understanding your customers through techniques such as user profiling and customer journeys can set your business apart from the competition to create satisfied customers that keep coming back.
The sessions are organised as part of the USER-FACTOR project aiming to strengthen innovation in SMEs which is funded by the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme.
Places are limited to two attendees per business, with no charge to attend. Click here to find out more or book your place.

A new programme has been launched by Belfast City Council to offer support to nearly 500 small businesses in the city. 'Go for Growth' aims to provide small businesses and social enterprises with the practical skills and flexible support needed to expand their individual organisations.

Invest NI To Launch Fermanagh Initiative
A new Invest NI initiative has been launched in Fermanagh that aims to " increase the agency’s engagement with local businesses", Enterprise, Trade and Investment Minister Arlene Foster has announced. Under the initiative a "pop up" Invest NI office will open in the Erneside Shopping Centre, Enniskillen, from 25-27 March.
