Five Hospitalised After A1 Crash
Four adults and one child have been taken to hospital after a crash on the A1 dual carriageway.
The road was closed in both directions for some time following the collision at around 2pm on Sunday 08 December.
Emergency services and the air ambulance attended the scene.
The four adults were taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, while one child was taken to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. No further details on their condition have emerged.
The A1 has since reopened in both directions.

Singer Of Kasabian Taken To Hospital As Belfast Gig Cancelled
Tom Meighan, singer of rock band Kasabian, had to receive hospital treatment after the band cancelled their gig at Custom House Square in Belfast on Tuesday, 22 August. The band were forced to cancel just minutes before the show. In a statement the band said that Tom "went down with severe vomiting".

Essential local hospital improvements now possible
