Ignite Accelerator Programme Opens For Applications

Applications are now open for the Ignite NI Accelerator programme, which aims to help established tech companies scale up and raise investment.

Based in Belfast's Ormeau Baths, the 12-week scheme takes on 10 companies each year.

The established technology companies accepted for the programme will be given the chance to grow their business.

Ignite NI offers:

• nine months free co-working office space in the Ormeau Baths

• a £23,000 convertible loan note, a type of investment that converts into equity shares at a later date

• a further £5,000 support if the company needs to relocate to take part in the scheme

• a chance to attend trips to London, San Francisco and Dublin to explore export markets.

The programme also provides opportunities to meet experienced mentors, founders and investors from across the UK and Ireland to firms fast-forward their operations

The opportunity is open to both local companies and those willing to relocate to Northern Ireland.

Applications are now open and will close on 10 January 2020.
