Belfast Giants To Pay Tribute To Stephen Clements
The Belfast Giants will pay tribute to their former game night host Stephen Clements at the opening of tonight's match against the Sheffield Steelers.
The popular radio presenter passed away on Tuesday at the age of 47.
As well as building a successful career on the airwaves as Q Radio Breakfast host before landing his "dream job" at Radio Ulster last September, Stephen also hosted Belfast Giants games at the SSE Arena.
The ice hockey team will hold a minutes applause to celebrate the father-of-two's life.
Those attending the game are asked to be in their seats for 7pm to facilitate the tribute.
The much loved presenter's funeral service will be held in private next week.

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has announced a series of measures aimed at alleviating traffic congestion in Belfast City Centre. A strategic oversight group, comprising the DfI, Belfast City Council, PSNI, and Translink, has been formed to identify and implement effective solutions to reduce peak-time delays.

Pedestrian Injured In Belfast Hit-and-Run
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a hit-and-run incident in the Botanic Avenue area of Belfast in the early hours of Thursday morning. Officers were called to the scene shortly before 1.30am after a male pedestrian was struck by a maroon Mazda. Despite being injured, the pedestrian left the area before police arrived.
