North Belfast Summer Disorder: Police Release Fresh Images

Images of people wanted in connection with disorder in north Belfast last summer have today been released.

Police shared pictures of ten males they would like to speak to in relation to a number of incidents between 31 July and 08 August 2019.

These include attacks on serving police officers and persistent incidents of disorder in the area.

Detective Chief Inspector Mary White said the apprehension of all ten males is in the public interest.

"We will be relentless in our pursuit in order to bring these offenders before the Courts," DCI White commented.

"By releasing these images I am hopeful that the wider community will help us identify these individuals. It is in everybody's interest – as well as in the interest of justice - that those responsible are dealt with appropriately and I would urge anyone who may have any information to bring it forward.

"I also encourage the persons within these pictures to contact police directly. In doing so they will minimise the impact on themselves, their family and their community."

The images can be viewed here.

Anyone who believes they can shed light on the identity of the individuals pictures or provide any information relevant to the investigation is urged to contact detectives at Musgrave on 101.

Details can also be provided anonymously via independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
