Pair Jump From Flat During Aggravated Burglary
Two men sustained broken bones when they jumped from a flat during a serious assault and aggravated burglary, police have said.
Three males targeted the property in Ballynahinch, Co Down while armed with a hammer and a knife in the early hours of Monday morning, 16 March.
The men forced their way inside the Windmill Gardens flat where three further males were inside, causing two to leap from a window.
One man, aged in his 20s, suffered a suspected broken leg while another, aged in his 30s, sustained a broken ankle.
The third individual, also aged in his 20s, remained inside the property and suffered injuries that aren't believed to be life threatening.
A number of vehicles were then seen fleeing the scene.
Police are seeking information relating to the incident, which occurred shortly after 2.35am. Detectives can be contacted via non-emergency line 101 quoting reference 133 of 16/03/20.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information after a woman and a man were assaulted during an aggravated burglary in Dundonald in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Two Injured In Newtownabbey Attack
Two men have been injured following an attack in Newtownabbey on Monday night. A group of men assaulted the two men in Braden Glen at around 10.30pm. One of the victims is believed to have a suspected broken arm and leg, while the other man suffered swelling to the side of his head and a cut on his nose.
