Developer Breaks Ground On £4.5m Housing Development
Some 55 construction jobs have been created as work gets underway on a £4.5 million housing development in south Belfast.
Hagan Homes is pressing ahead with building work at Thirty Three South, which is situated just off the Donegall Road and will feature 33 luxury homes.
The one and two bedroom apartments are due to be completed by summer 2021, with house prices starting from £139,950. A show home will open this Sunday, 22 March, from 2pm to 4pm.
Director of Sales and Acquisitions at Hagan Homes, Jim Burke said: "Thirty Three South is a stunning newly built apartment scheme which is situated just a stone's throw away from Belfast's lively city centre. Nestled just off the Donegall Road, this exclusive scheme offers residents the opportunity to live comfortably in an attractive city-centred area. The nearby area boasts a rich variety of local amenities and a wealth of entertainment facilities, as well as providing easy access to the Lisburn Road. Furthermore, the Royal Victoria and Belfast City Hospitals are located within close proximity.
"With easy access to the M1 and M2 motorway network via the West Link, this location can be considered nothing other than a commuter's paradise. What's more, rail connections throughout Northern Ireland are available from City Hospital Train Station, located just across the road from this accessible apartment scheme. For those travelling further afield, Belfast City Airport is situated only six miles away."
Mr Burke continued: "Benefiting from a stylish turnkey package, each home situated in Thirty Three South displays the high quality and luxury interior associated with Hagan Homes. Featuring a chic, fully fitted kitchen and modern shower room (first phase has bathroom), residents will have little to do once moving into their new homes.
"Hagan Homes are renowned for their attention to detail and the emphasis placed on the vitally important finishing touches, both internally and externally. By utilising an expert team of top architects, landscapers and building professionals, you can be guaranteed a home of which to be proud."
Hagan Homes' main contractor for the Thirty Three South development is DB Contracts.
