Man stabbed in car hijacking
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed during a car hijacking in Co Antrim on Tuesday.
The incident occurred at the Kingsway Complex in Dunmurry at around 10pm.
The man was getting into his vehicle when he was approached by another man who demanded his keys.
When he refused to hand them over the assailant stabbed him in the leg and knee before making off in the victim's car.

'Agitated' Man Arrested After Hijacking Car In Dunmurry
A man has been arrested after he stole a car and drove repeatedly through electronic gates of a car park in Dunmurry. The incident happened in the Millfort Mews area at around 11.30am on Thursday, 10 August. The "agitated" man is believed to have demanded car keys from several people on the street before attempting to enter some houses in the area.

Disabled Man Attacked In Car Hijacking
A disabled man had to make his way to a neighbouring house on crutches following a car hijacking in Co Tyrone. The incident happened on the Shane Road in Sixmilecross at around 3am on Monday, 29 May. Two men flagged the victim down, dragged him out of his Nissan Qashqai, attacked him, removed his glasses and stole the car.

Man Arrested After Being Hit By Car During Alleged Hijacking
Police have arrested a man after he was hit by a car during an alleged hijacking attempt in Belfast on Monday evening. The 23-year-old stepped in front of the car with an imitation gun on North Street at around 8.30pm. He was hit by the car and is being treated in hospital with a suspected broken leg.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
