Man Injured In Craigavon Explosion
An investigation has been launched following an explosion in Craigavon.
According to reports a man is being treated in hospital for injuries to his hands and chest after a device is said to have "partially exploded".
A number of homes were evacuated in the Enniskeen area on Tuesday evening while army bomb experts investigated the scene.
Speaking at the scene last night, SDLP Councillor Thomas Larkham said: "Following an incident where a device appears to have partially exploded this evening, residents in the Enniskeen area of Craigavon have been evacuated to a nearby church. I understand one individual has been taken to hospital.
"The circumstances of the incident are still unclear but army technical officers are on site and police have erected a cordon for the safety of the local community.
"This is the last thing that anyone in Enniskeen wants or needs. This is a close knit community full of people trying to get on with their lives during a difficult time for us all. I want to thank the residents who have cooperated with police, reacting quickly to keep each other safe. I also want to thank the local church for opening its doors to this community."

Adopted baby death report critical of health care
A local health and social services trust has been heavily criticised over the death of a legally adopted Romanian boy. The report examined the role played by Craigavon and Banbridge Community Health and Social Services Trust into the handling of the case of David and Samuel, twin boys brought to Northern Ireland from Romania for adoption.

Domestic violence victims encouraged to seek help
Victims of domestic violence are being encouraged to report incidents to the police in a new campaign launched by the PSNI. Assistant Chief Constable Drew Harris said that the PSNI had 60 officers dealing with domestic violence following an increase in figures last year.
