Man Attacked In Ballymena
A man has been attacked by two intruders who forced their way into a house in Ballymena.
The victim was punched in the face and beaten with a baseball bat at a property on Princess Street at around 6pm on Tuesday, 04 May.
He did not need hospital treatment, however he did receive media attention.
Detective Sergeant Lenaghan said: "One of the men is described as being approximately 6 ft 1” to 6 ft 2” tall, around 30 years of age, of stocky build and clean shaven. He was dressed in a dark coloured baseball cap and an Adidas tracksuit.
"The second male is described as being approximately 5 ft 7" to 5 ft 8" tall, around 18 or 19 years of age, and of slim build. He had dirty fair hair which appeared to be shaved at the sides and back, and was dressed in a dark red zipped hoody and grey tracksuit bottoms.
"Both men were reported to speak with local accents.
"Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and we would appeal to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference number 1834 of 04/05/21."

Man Attacked In North Belfast
A man has been seriously attacked at a bus stop in north Belfast. The 18-year-old was approached by two men, near Atlantic Avenue, on Sunday at approximately 4am. He was hit with what is thought to be a bottle, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Police are appealing for information after a woman was sexually attacked in Limavady, Co L'Derry. The assault on the 21-year-old victim occurred along the Blackburn path on Sunday, 05 June. The man is described as aged around 30-35 years-old with a local accent, approximately 6ft 1inch tall with black hair and a short dark beard.

Police step up search for missing man
Police investigating the disappearance of Ronald Todd have re-visited the area he was last sighted in the hope of gaining more information on his whereabouts. Mr Todd was last seen on Wednesday, December 21, 2005, at approximately 8pm in the car park of the Magahberry Arms bar in the village.

Man Robs Shop In South Belfast
A man armed with a knife robbed a shop in south Belfast on Wednesday at around 8.30pm. The robber entered the shop on the Ormeau Road and threatened a member of staff. He made off with a sum of money and it is believed he got into a maroon coloured car. The worker was badly shaken, but was not injured in the incident.
