Disney Store In Belfast To Close

The Disney store in Donegal Place in Belfast is to close.

A sign was posted on the door of the premises to confirm the closure.

It read: "Thank you for being our Guest.

"This store will close on or before Saturday 18th September. You'll still be able to find amazing items from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, plus lots more magic at shopdisney.co.uk.

"For any Guest enquiries, please visit, www.shopdisney.co.uk/help."

Currys To Close Belfast Store
Currys has confirmed it is to close its store in Belfast city centre. The electrical retailer will close the premises, located at Donegall Arcade, at the end of next month. The firm has said it plans to focus on its larger stores. Efforts are now being made to safeguard the jobs of 20 staff members.

Man Dies Following Collision Near Belfast International Airport
A man from the Republic of Ireland who was struck by a car near Belfast International Airport on Saturday, 19 November, has died from his injuries, according to the police. John Fitzgerald, from Kilmacthomas in Waterford, died from his injuries after he was involved in a collision with a car near the Ballyrobin Guest House just before 4.50pm.
