In the latest restriction relaxations previously announced by the NI Assemble, nightclubs are now also allowed to reopen, with dancing and indoor standing events returning.

Workplaces will also no longer be required to ensure 2m social distancing, however guidance remains in place that risk assessments should be carried out.

A Covid-status certificate will still be required large event of 500 people or more.

Despite the relaxations, the Executive said that the advice remains that people should work from home where they can and take lateral flow tests before meeting others.

Remaining restrictions will be reviewed again on 10 February.
