More Drugs Discovered In Seized Lorry
A total of £3 million worth of illegal drugs have been recovered from a lorry that was stopped and seized by police in Belfast Harbour earlier this month.
During the initially vehicle stop police discovered cocaine and cannabis worth £1.8m. However, during further investigation an additional £1.2m worth of drugs was discovered in the floor of the lorry.
The PSNI have said that the find is one of the force's "biggest ever drug seizures".
One man has been charged in connection with the drug seizure and the PSNI said that their investigation is ongoing.

He is accused of possession of a Class A drug, possession with intent to supply, and possession of criminal property. He is to appear before Newry Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, 08 November.
