Praxis Care Seeks To Appoint New Chief Executive Officer

The largest registered care charity in Northern Ireland, Praxis Care, are looking to appoint a new senior Chief Executive Officer to "steer its 1800+ staff".

Praxis Care provides support and accommodation approaches which are shaped around the needs and preferences of individuals with complex needs ranging from autism to dementia, reflecting how they want to live their lives.

Praxis said: "The organisation has grown sustainably since its beginnings in 1984 and with its turnover approaching £65m from operations across Ireland and the UK, it is now looking for someone with senior experience of large scale organisational change and growth and with highly developed leadership skills to steer its 1800+ staff.

"If you are someone comfortable working at this scale, and able to help define and deliver on the strategic vision that will see Praxis deliver even more and even better services to people with some of the most complex support needs on these islands, then you should get in touch. The package will be sure to reflect the scale and amibtion of Praxis' operations, and the appointee's experience.
