Appeal For Information On Crossmaglen Shooting Incident

The PSNI's Criminal Investigation Department in Newry have issued and appeal for information and witnesses following a shooting incident in Crossmaglen.

The incident occurred in the area of Ballsmill Road at around 6:00pm on Monday 4th September 2023.

Police are asking:

• Were you in the vicinity of Ballsmill Road or Glassdrumman Road on Monday 4th September 2023 between 5:30 and 6:30am?

• Were you in a vehicle? If so, what make, model and VRM? Was anyone else in the vehicle with you?

• Do you have a dash cam?

• Did you notice anything suspicious or out of the ordinary? Did you witness this incident or witness persons involved?

• Do you have any other information you believe may help the investigation?

All information will be treated with the strictest confidence.
