Two Men Arrested By Police Investigating Criminal Activity
Two men have been arrested, aged 35 and 44, have been arrested by police investigating criminal activity linked to a feud between loyalist groups in north Down.
A property has also been searched in the Weavers Grange area of Newtownards.
The men were arrested on suspicion of a number of offences including carrying an article in support of a proscribed organisation and arson with intent to endanger life.
The arrests were made from an apparent show of strength in Weavers Grange in Newtownards on 8 July as well as arson attacks on 1 May and 11 May in Newtownards.
The man aged 35 has also been arrested in relation to a further arson attack on August 22 in Newtownards.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Detectives to revisit murder scene
Detectives are to revisit the scene of last week’s murder of 25-year-old Jameson Lockhart later on Friday. There will be checkpoints on the lower Newtownards Road and Templemore Avenue in east Belfast close to where Mr Lockhart was shot dead. Detectives said they wanted to talk to motorists who were in the area last Friday morning.

Three arrested in connection with Lockhart murder
Police in Belfast have today arrested three men in connection with the murder of a man in the east of the city last summer. North Belfast man , Jameson Lockhart, was fatally shot as he sat in a lorry at the junction of Templemore Avenue on the Lower Newtownards Road in July 2005.
