Appeal For Information On L'Derry Pipe Bomb Attack
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a pipe bomb attack at a house in L'Derry last night, Wednesday, 18 October.
At around 11.30pm last night, a device partially exploded at the bck door of a house in Heron Way. A woman, aged in her 20s, was in the house at the time of the explosion but was uninjured.
A number of houses in the area were evacuated as a precaution while police and Army Technical Officers (ATO) examined the scene.
The PSNI are working to establish a motive for the attack.
Detectives at Strand Road CID are keen to hear from anyone with information regarding this crime, and anyone who may have captured any footage in the area on Wednesday evening. A couple in their 20’s have escaped injury following a petrol bomb attack on a house in Co Down. The incident occurred in the Brayside Grove area of Castlereagh at about 2.45am on Wednesday. The bomb hit the front door of the house and shattered a pane of glass however the couple, who were in the house at the time, were left shaken but uninjured.

Appeal For Information On Ballycastle Petrol Bomb Attack
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a petrol bomb attack on a house in Ballycastle on Saturday 12th August. At approximately 8am police received a report that a petrol bomb had been thrown at a property in the Fogarty Crescent area. Damage was caused to a window, but there are no reports of any injuries.

The PSNI has announced that a security alert in the Limewood Street area of L'Derry has now ended, following the removal of a viable suspected pipe bomb. The alert began at around 7.30pm on Monday, 04 November, when an object was thrown at a house in the area.
