Man Arrested In Hull In Connection With NI ATM Burglaries
A 42-year-old man has been arrested in Hull in connection with spate of ATM burglaries across Northern Ireland in February and March this year.
Detectives from Organised Crime Branch investigating nine burglaries and attempted burglaries of ATMs across NI made the arrest in the Hull area on Wednesday, 29 November.
The man has since been transported to NI and taken into custody for questioning.
He was arrested on suspicion of seven counts of burglary, two counts of attempted burglary and 26 counts of criminal damage. He remains in police custody at this time.
Detective Chief Inspector Ciara Mullan said: "We hope this arrest shows that we are 100% committed to putting a stop to this type of crime.
"Our investigation into these incidents continue, and I am appealing to anyone who could assist with our enquiries, to call us on 101.
'Alternatively, information can also be provided by calling the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. You can also submit a report online using our non-emergency reporting form via www.psni.police.uk/makeareport/."

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident at a house in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. It happened at a property on Knockantern Grove in the Mountsandel area on Tuesday, 16 August. The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of possessing of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an offence and assault on police.
