PSNI Appeal For Information On Forkhill Burglary
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following the theft of a significant amount of money from a filling station in Forkhill.
Police have said that some time between 1.45am and 3.30am on Friday, 12 January, a kiosk on the forecourt of a filling station on the Carrickasticken Road, was broken into and a significant amount of cash, contained within a safe, stolen.
Three men, wearing face masks and hoods, are believed to have used a grinder to access the safe's contents.
Sergeant Scott McBride said: "Our investigation is underway and we are appealing to anyone with any information, mobile phone, CCTV or dash-cam footage that can help with our enquiries to call us on 101 and quoting reference 240 12/01/24."
Alternatively, information can also be provided by calling the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Appeal After Vehicles Damaged In Holywood
Police are appealing for information after several vehicles were damaged in Holywood over the weekend. The cars were targeted in the Strand Avenue area of the town overnight on Saturday 16 February. Each vehicle had its tyres slashed in what police said was "a wanton act of vandalism".

Teen Arrested Over Security Alert In West Belfast
A teenager has been arrested following a security alert at a west Belfast police station. The incident occurred at Woodbourne PSNI station on Tuesday. Army bomb disposal experts attended the scene after a suspicious object was discovered. It was later declared an "elaborate hoax" by the police.
